The iconic Seminole Hard Rock Hotel in Hollywood, Florida is expanding. In October 2019, this music-themed hotel will get even bigger, opening a whole load of new dining options inspired by cuisine from around the world. Once completed, hungry guests will be able to choose from 19 places to grab a bite, as well as 20 bars and lounges for pre or post-dinner drinks.
Expanding the Bol restaurant
The popular Bol restaurant is often busy and has a great atmosphere, so this is being expanded and redesigned to serve more diners. This Pan-Asian restaurant has long been popular with Hollywood locals who are hungry for dishes from orange chicken to chow mein and it’s perfect for a casual dinner.
New bars
If you’re looking to relax with a couple of cocktails, whether you’re catching up with friends or waiting for your dinner reservation, there are some great new bars around the hotel. The new Center Bar is already open, with a lively position in the middle of the casino floor and a delicious menu of Florida-inspired cocktails. The more intimate L Bar has also been refreshed and is a quieter option for a relaxed drink.
The Oculus Bar is another new arrival, close to the hotel lobby. This bar will have a cozy, wine-bar-style feel, with craft beers and signature cocktails, and it’s the ideal spot for an aperitif.
The improved food court
When you’re on vacation or going out for a bite, you sometimes crave something simple, and the relocated and improved food court will have plenty of options such as pizza, burgers and sandwiches. Just off from the casino floor, the food court is ideal for nights out.
Fine dining
There are some hotly anticipated new fine dining establishments arriving at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel. Kuro is set to offer high-quality, Japanese cuisine which will include freshly prepared sushi, sashimi, tempura and robata. While you dine, you can watch the chefs hard at work in the open-plan kitchen and sushi bar, or ask for a table outside to enjoy warm evenings on the patio.
The award-winning Council Oak will be relocated and will continue to serve its menu of the finest cuts of steak and freshly caught seafood. This Zagat-rated restaurant offers an extensive wine menu, and if you grab a table in the bar and lounge, you can enjoy the upmarket live entertainment on offer.
Nightlife
If you don’t want to end your night too early, then the new DAER Nightclub is set to be a hotspot for Hollywood. At over 18,000 feet, the club will have an indoor/outdoor vibe for relaxed yet luxurious nights out. During the day, the venue will embrace the new day-club trend, with all-day pool parties similar to those in resorts such as Las Vegas. Sip cocktails by the pool listening to the DJ, or splash out on a private cabana for extra privacy and an exclusive experience.
