Edward J. Lucas MD
Medical Director - Board Certified Emergency Room Physician
Dr. Eduard Lucas is an Emergency Department Staff Physician at The Villages Regional Medical Center here in South Florida: He has remained a member of their staff since 2007. Dr. Lucas is also the Medical Director at an urgent care/walk-in center, MedOne Health Center, which is located in Ocala, Fla.
Dr. Lucas personally developed the MedOne Health Center to meet the needs of the residents of the Ocala Community. He has held this position since 2006. In addition, Dr. Lucas is the Employee Health Medical Director at Munroe Regional Medical Center. He oversees, evaluates and treats individuals who are receiving benefits from worker’s compensation cases: He also performs new hire employee screenings.
Anthony J. Hall
MDCM, FACS, FAANS
Dr. Anthony Hall is a board certified Neurological Surgeon who has been practicing for 22 years in Southeast and Central Florida. He enjoys treating patients with spinal disorders, cranial disorders, and pain disorders. He specializes in minimally invasive approaches to the spine and brain.
Dr. Hall has a special interest in Geriatrics and surgical interventions for elderly patients. He also has an interest in Intradiscal regenerative therapy.
Dr. Hall spent one year of his residency studying Electrophysiology in spinal cord injured patients.
Olivio Blanco DC
Dr Blanco attended the University of Florida and received his Doctorate of Chiropractic from Logan University in St Louis Missouri. He began practicing in Chicago. Ill. And returned to Miami, where he was raised, back in 1998. He has been in practice and servicing his community for 25 years now.
Mildred Morency DC
Dr. Mildred Morency is a Miami, FL native, raised in the Biscayne Gardens area by parents descending from the Caribbean island of Haiti. She attended Miami Edison Sr. High for two years before graduating from Booker T. Washington at the top 5% of her class in 2005. She went on to continue her education at The Florida State University, where she earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Exercise Science and a minor in Psychology.
She was inspired to become a part of the chiropractic field after witnessing how much her father’s quality of life improved while battling prostate cancer. After learning more about its philosophy from research and other practicing physicians, she believed this was her calling. In 2011, she decided to attend Palmer College of Chiropractic in Port Orange, FL and went on to graduate with her Doctorate of Chiropractic degree and Certification in Acupuncture.
Matthew Holmes DC
Dr. Matthew Holmes is an Ohio native that migrated to FL to attend college. His journey into healthcare started at the University of Central Florida where he received his bachelor’s degree in athletic training. As a trainer, he has worked with many elite athletes including the Jacksonville Jaguars starting quarterback, Blake Bortles. His experience with rehab and sports has revealed to be invaluable and after working with many athletes, he felt that there was more he could do to further help his patients get well.
That is when he discovered the chiropractic profession. After seeing the improvements each person experienced with adjustments, he was eager to learn more. Shortly after graduating, he applied and was admitted to start Palmer College of Chiropractic in Port Orange, FL. He went on to graduate in 2014 and received his doctorate of chiropractic degree.
